Like most hornbill species, the African Grey is sexually dimorphic, meaning males and females look different from each other. The male African Grey is much larger, and has a mostly dark black beak. The older males like this one grow serated 'teeth' to help with their food. I've included a close up photo
This skull is imported from France and is professionally cleaned, degreased and whitened. It is complete with all bones including quadrates and pterigoids.
