A Great Spotted Woodpecker skull. A medium sized European Woodpecker species, this skull has the characteristic groove in the cranium where the tongue normally wraps around and sits, and even includes the actual tongues bones that wrap around from inside it's mouth, up the back of the skull and back towards the front.
Both of these skulls are absolutely perfect with all bones, sheaths, sclerotics and aforementioned tongue bones.
They don't get much nicer than this!
