I don't get American species very often due to their strict export laws, but Ive managed to source a couple of Virginia Opossums.
This particular one has some super interesting pathology on its bottom jaw. There looks to be a tooth infection that's made the bone grow strangely, and you can even see the root of the canine through the hole!
Otherwise this skull has been beetle cleaned, then degreased and whitened by me. It's in excellent condition with all teeth and nasal turbinates.
