I thought these would be something cool. I was commissioned to process a subadult cassowary for a museum recently and I saved some of the feathers.
These are from a licensed and tagged bird.
Younger Cassowarys have a different kind of feather to adults!
Each vial is unique, but they all measure 60mm tall by 25mm wide.
